Cut through the AI noise.

I help owner-led, small-market, and midmarket businesses find the AI moves that protect the bottom line, and skip the ones that just burn time and money. Know what matters. Know what to do about it.

Two ways to get clarity on AI, sized to what you need right now.

AI is not one thing. What matters for a 20-person company is not what matters for a 200-person one, and getting that wrong costs you money and time you do not have. I help you see clearly: what protects your bottom line, where to put your resources, and what to leave alone, so your team can move on what matters instead of staying mired in decisions that go nowhere.

Robbie Caploe

Robbie Caploe

Robbie spent over twenty years in media and publishing deciding what mattered and what to do about it, as Brand Director at the B2B trade publication Cynopsis, in consumer publishing at Ladies’ Home Journal, Seventeen, and Prevention, and most recently as Director of Content at Ragan’s Center for AI Strategy.

At Cynopsis, she was Brand Director for products reaching more than 85,000 subscribers, with full P&L responsibility for a multimillion-dollar business. That meant leading a team, reading the data on what was actually working, and making the sales and marketing calls that kept the numbers on track.

That combination, knowing what the numbers and the audience were actually telling her, is what she now brings to business leaders trying to figure out where AI matters to their bottom line and where it is just noise. Cutting through the noise sounds simple. It is not. It takes someone who has spent two decades doing exactly that, on deadline, with real budgets on the line.

She also writes the AI Decision Report, a weekly newsletter that translates AI news into what it means for owner-led and midmarket businesses, and what to do about it this week.

“You do not need to master every AI tool. You need to know which ones matter for your business, and which ones you can safely ignore.”

Based in Bergen County, NJ. Working with owner-led and midmarket businesses across the tristate area and beyond.
